I do a pretty fair amount of 3D printing for many of my products. The current print farm consists of 5 Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro printers. Four are full time production and the fifth for production, prototyping, as well as one off printing. Also available are smaller portable 2 Creality Ender 2 Pro units I use for off site demonstrations.
Since November 2024 my Neptune’s have been running 10-12 hours a day with a bi-annual preventative maintenance. Good work hourses. Before that I had 5 Creality Ender 3’s with upgraded direct drive and auto leveling added on. They worked great but in the course of several years I have literally worn out most of them. The Neptune’s are almost twice as fast removing problem with long production delays.
